Most Parts are shipped U.S. Mail
Order will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS if it is being shipped inside the Continental United States. All orders shipped outside the Continental United States will be shipped UPS Standard or US Mail. Customer / "Ship To:" party is responsible for ALL duties, taxes and brokerage fees, if any. We reserve the right to ship UPS or US Postal Service depending on the item and circumstances as long as the customer has no additional cost.
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order, Most orders are received by the customer within 3 to 6 business days of placing the order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Return Policies:
Before you return a package email us, and get a RMA number. With out RMA number may result in our not accepting your return.

All merchandise (unless damaged in shipping) must be returned to us in new re-sellable condition with the original box, all factory or product manuals and factory packaging materials. Failure to include these materials may result in our not accepting your return.
Please package all returns carefully. We suggest you check with the shipping service you will be using to return your package to insure that the package is packed properly. We also suggest you purchase insurance on the package equal to the value of the merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping.
No return on parts that have been installed. "Excluding" Sealing Rings / Gaskets.
The purchase price will be refunded less shipping & handling.
Please Note the following: Some products are drop shipped from the manufacturer. Regardless of point of origin all merchandise must be returned to the above address for proper credit. Merchandise not returned to the above address is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Damage Policy If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately. Cooking and Canning must be notified of any shortage or damaged merchandise within 10 days.
Manufacturer's warranty may apply after 30 days of purchase.
